Village of Wilmette, IL – Water Treatment Plant

This system consisted of replacing an old phone line based telemetry system with a new centralized SCADA system. There are 26 remote PLC’s, one master PLC. There are two SCADA nodes, and 18 view node.

Intellution iFIX v. 3.5 w/ iHistorian
Plant wide central SCADA system
Over 3500 data points
Complete chemical feed systems integration
Filter bed automation with pump control
