Stickney, IL. Water Reclamation Plant
The Stickney Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) is operated by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRDGC) and is the largest wastewater treatment plant in the world. On an ongoing basis, Allan-ICS has been contracted by Stickney WRP to maintain and upgrade various systems at the Plant including the main sewage pumps running on GE/FANUC 90/70 PLC’s, and a large PLC/HMI system on the Plant’s centrifuges. We also installed new AB PLC based control panels on two large pumps, over 10,000.00 HP at the mainstream pumping station.
