Complete Central SCADA, CL2/Fluoride Control System

This system consisted of replacing an old DEC VAX Control System with a new Intellution Central SCADA System. New Allen Bradley PLC’s were used. The system also communicated to an existing Square D Sy/Max PLC system. Other plant systems were linked in to provide a complete central SCADA system for the worlds largest water filtration plant. Communications throughout plant is via Cat-5e and fiber optic cables to form a redundant network.
