Water/Wastewater

Since 1969, our Integration Group has specialized in providing quality control systems for water treatment and distribution and wastewater collection and treatment applications. Whatever size or type of plant you have, control systems are at the heart of our operation. Pumps, filters, clarifiers, tank levels, chemical feed systems, and other equipment are monitored and controlled through a network of PLCs and operator terminals. Radio telemetry and SCADA systems can help you to monitor and control your distribution system, as well.

Our systems have value-added content in the form of all-inclusive documentation that helps you with long-term maintenance, complete simulation testing to assure the system will perform as intended and to minimize startup time and effort, and operator training either at the factory or at your facility.

At wastewater plants, key areas where we have worked include raw sewage lift stations; headworks, screening, and grit and grease removal; aeration basins and dissolved oxygen controls; clarifiers; de-watering systems; and effluent systems.

Within water treatment plants, we specialize in filter controls for traditional rapid sand filtration processes and other media types, softener systems, and well pumping systems. We have extensive expertise in chemical pacing, pump controls, and remote telemetry.

Manufacturing

While we have experience in various industrial applications from general manufacturing to food services, we have worked on power distribution, machine control, energy management, plant reporting systems, and SCADA. We have particular expertise with VFD drives. We have also done plant-wide networking.

Service and Maintenance

We offer a full range of support services, from on-call remote support to a range of maintenance contracts. We will also be happy to custom design a plan for your particular needs.
