- This system consisted of replacing an old plant wide SCADA system and remote telemetry system with an Allen Bradley PLC based system, using Intellution software. The plant system consists of 8 PLC systems; the remotes consist of 16 RTU's communicating with Motorola radios. The computer network has two SCADA computers and 11 view node computers. System has recently been upgraded with latest software, new computers, and additional PLC systems, along with new fiber optic communications

- Complete System and Panel design, telemetry design and software configuration. Allan Engineering Co. Inc. prepared the plans and specifications for the public bid of the hardware on the water plant project
- The project at the Wastewater Plant involved replacing a UNIX SCADA system with a redundant Intellution SCADA system using Square D & Modicon PLC's. The Water Plant is a new facility where we are designed and implemented a central redundant SCADA system using iFIX and Allen Bradley Controllogix PLC's. There are 8 remote stations on the wastewater system using Motorola MOSCAD radios/RTU's. The water system has 7 remotes using Allen Bradley PLC's and Utilinet spread spectrum radios. Main High Lift pump are being monitored and controlled at the water plant

- This system consisted of replacing an old DEC VAX Control System with a new Intellution Central SCADA System. New Allen Bradley PLC's were used. The system also communicated to an existing Square D Sy/Max PLC system. Other plant systems were linked in to provide a complete Central SCADA system for the Worlds largest water filtration plant. Communications throughout plant is via Cat-5e and fiber optic cables to form a redundant network

- Project is a flood control SCADA system consisting of over 50 Modicon RTU's spread throughout the County, communicating via spread spectrum radio to 4 Master PLC locations which communicate to one central PLC at the County Grounds using Ethernet over T1 lines. The central PLC location then has an Intellution FIX system with WEB support for HMI functions. There are two large pump stations that pump water out of the Elmhurst Quarry back into Salt Creek. The PLC controls the automatic operation of these pumps

- We have an M&O contract with Stickney WRP to maintain / upgrade various PLC/SCADA systems at the Plant. We have completed upgrades to various systems including the main sewage pumps running on GE/FANUC 90/70 PLC's, and a large PLC/HMI system on the Plant's centrifuges. We also installed new AB PLC based control panels on two large pumps, over 10,000.00 HP at the mainstream pumping station
