Ann Zess

Ann joined Allan ICS in October 2004 to effectively manage and help grow the business.  In 2005 Ann became majority owner of Allan ICS.  Her duties include day-to-day management of the business, accounting, contract administration, project support, employee management, and vendor/client relationships.

Ann brings with her a wealth of business experience, including management of another business started in 1995 – 2007.  Ann also had varied experience in multiple industries.  Ann managed an Edward Jones and Co. financial services office, worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Physicians at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee, and taught micro-computer classes for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Ann graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 1988 with a degree in Health Information Management, and has taken many classes in Total Quality Management, involving, on going team, facilitator, and coach training.

Ann also spends her time participating on the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as, a board member of the Healthy Communities Cooperative.   And just recently voted into a Trustee seat for the Village of East Troy.

When not working or volunteering, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband, Ted, and their 3 children – Nina 17, Joe 14, and Ben 10.  She participates on a Women Golf Leauge during the summer, rides on the back of Ted’s Harley, boating on Lake Beulah, in addition to cooking all different ethnic foods and trying out new recipes on their friends.
